No one is born with the idea to one day set them self up for failure. Failure is part of everyone's life even the successful ones. We win some and we lose some, that's just the way it is. I am sad to say I am not the winner of MIM-Public Bank Manager of the Year Award 2011, aside to myself, I am proud to be able to come this far as a finalist.
